Point me to this gear made of this lightweight substance

2019-12-12 06:56:48 UTC

I mean camping gear

2019-12-12 06:56:51 UTC

@|||ST that's more reasonable, winter jackets just exacerbate the issue. Even dealing with two sets of straps, chest rig and backpack, is annoying and can either chafe or cut off blood to your arms

2019-12-12 06:56:58 UTC

Plates and carrier and ammo need not apply

They did it

2019-12-12 06:57:14 UTC

So recce larp

2019-12-12 06:57:30 UTC

hey recce larp is fun

2019-12-12 06:57:36 UTC

I agree

2019-12-12 06:57:44 UTC

I guess yeah, im coming to terms with the fact that a 1 week outing in gear is not possible lest i die

2019-12-12 06:57:53 UTC

define gear

2019-12-12 06:58:09 UTC

1 more set of deadlift, please pray for my back. I've had to spend 30 minutes on a lacrosse ball.

2019-12-12 06:58:11 UTC

The cum sock and poop scissors

2019-12-12 06:58:30 UTC

@sorcerer thoughts and prayers do not visit snap city

2019-12-12 06:58:37 UTC

Plate carrier, 3 mags minimum, hydration, helmet, ifak + ruck

2019-12-12 06:59:41 UTC

Tried a 3 plate deadlift Sunday, didn't hit snap city but I'm still sore

2019-12-12 06:59:43 UTC

yeah that seems pretty cancer

2019-12-12 07:00:02 UTC

@sorcerer don't worry brother we'll hit 3pl8 together

2019-12-12 07:00:06 UTC

Wearing a helmet for more than a few hours sucks

2019-12-12 07:00:29 UTC

Straps dig in, you find every place the pads don't cover, and your neck gets tired as shit

2019-12-12 07:00:41 UTC

@Snowback HH brother

2019-12-12 07:01:32 UTC

I've been training neck 3 days a week. Mostly for aesthetics but it'll help with helmet + NODs

2019-12-12 07:01:40 UTC

I felt like I was getting close to 3pl8 then I stopped going to the gym for half a month because of being burnt out from school. Got back and was barely past 2pl8 for work sets 😔

2019-12-12 07:01:47 UTC

>training necc

2019-12-12 07:01:48 UTC

How

2019-12-12 07:01:52 UTC

deadlift

2019-12-12 07:01:57 UTC

deadlifting gives you sick neck gains

2019-12-12 07:01:57 UTC

You work it like any other muscle

2019-12-12 07:01:59 UTC

wym?

2019-12-12 07:02:24 UTC

also do yall just keep camping and normal larperating separate then?

2019-12-12 07:02:43 UTC

no I just don't bring a plate carrier camping like a mongoloid

2019-12-12 07:03:04 UTC

chest rigs are legit useful depending on what you're doing, but they're also autistic

2019-12-12 07:03:34 UTC

Neck curls, neck extension, and neck side raise

2019-12-12 07:03:40 UTC

Or just

2019-12-12 07:03:45 UTC

wear a helmet

2019-12-12 07:04:11 UTC

Get a towel put it on your face, side of your head, or back of your head, load with a plate, and go to town

2019-12-12 07:04:32 UTC

Or go full autism and get a head harness and strap plates to that

2019-12-12 07:05:29 UTC

So would I run pack no rig or plate carrier, bump helmet, and gunbelt?

2019-12-12 07:05:33 UTC

never skip neck day

@Snowback I know that feeling, I kept lightly pulling my back and have been stuck around 225-235 for 5x5. Last max was 285 but I find hitting a heavy single much easier than a full workout.
