@John Mosby we need a specific cirriculum that we distribute to everyone
Ground game comes into a lot of play, even at rallies (how to fall properly, how to escape the ground, how to put others on the ground, etc).

I'll work on that.
Myself and a lot of the TN goys have martial arts training. I'll get with them and put a program together (we use to have something back in the VF days).
@fassel We tried to start a "fight club" in this summer (CVFC). It just hasn't really taken off, yet.
I think we just need a set list of things we need everyone to do, and make everyone do it every month
to train on X,Y, and Z
