I do have a radio, but apparently I'm too fucking retarded to put all this shit together right without looking at photos

Not a fan of pistol mags on the rig, but if you don’t have a belt yet it’s fine

I was wondering what size radios fit in those spiritus side expanders

My UV5R fits with plenty of room to spare, even with the 6XAA battery pack

I got the ferro wings because they were all elastic and I wanted it to make sure it would hold securely enough

I think a larger radio would have worked well in these, the UV5R really disappears into it

Leaves the controls out of easy reach, not that it should matter

Got everything now except the PC cummerbund. The elastic one was out of stock except in humongous man size

So I've got these shitty 1" straps

whats a good molle pack, compact with hydration, to go on a slickster

my buddy asked and the only one i know that really fits is the AVS 1000

but idk if its even good

i was kinda thinking the AVS would be good because he can slap it on top of his carrier instead of replacing the back, and then run his qore ice plate in the carrier. but i haven't played with his setup in person

Wing mags are about the only uncomfortable thing. Don't really feel the side plates that much. It's a hefty boi though.
