That in the Discord Server of MKULTRA in the subordinate channels of <#550157829231869952> and <#539598595448504320>

A one,

<@228676266100916224> (Defendant/Member)

was observed and subsequently positively identified by

@Silly Rabbit, Trix Are For Kids (Moderator)

as being solely responsible for, on more than one occasion, posting and willfully exposing other members to not safe for work content. Namely, explicit images depicting exposed male genitalia. The first instance was identified on the 10th day of March 2019 at approximately 00:20 hours with a repeat instance occurring shortly after the initial objectionable post, landing the second objectionable post occurring at 00:20:09 hours.

To date no submission or response has been received from the defendant, the defendant remains remanded in forensic custody pending a final determination.

An objection to removing the mute pending a final sentencing decision remains in force, current history and modlogs attached.
