The first instance was identified on the 10th day of March 2019 at approximately 00:20 hours with a repeat instance occurring shortly after the initial objectionable post, landing the second objectionable post occurring at 00:20:09 hours.

To date no submission or response has been received from the defendant, the defendant remains remanded in forensic custody pending a final determination.
