Yeah MK ultra was shut down, but if they are going to create real ghost agents who dont exist with no identities and superhuman capabilities then they probably still have something along those lines.

I think brain washing is easy to adchieve.

Only think about this if you put someone under pressure and in constant danger and he know that you're powerful he dont have escapatory. You only need to put too much pressure in a point that he is easy to persuade.

A constant adrenaline-rush might make the controlling easier - especially if used for a patsy or something
