in usa verizon owns 100% of that infrastructure as per tge ZTE bar ensuring none of tgat hardware is ZTEs

but in EVERY other nation where verizobs conglomerate owns infrastructure ZTE has the majority ownership stake.

this act alone inflated ZTEs value by roughly few MILLION times its value in 2009.

they own the hardware sp they can do junk like weaponize or put spyhardware on it

or if put in a no win scenario they can just shut it off an watch the global economy go firesale.
