Industries became not property of socialist state (this is formal socialization) which belonged to all working people but collectives of this indutries. We had collective property in agriculture (kolkhozy were collective property).

They were not property of the state directly but state still controlled it via peasent councils that were part of the party,and there were farms and factories which were under direct authority of the state

Socialization is more further then collectivisation. Collectivisation is progress instead of big amount of small producers.
