@Mr. X man in Soviet Union all socialist property no body personally received results of production but many things returned to citizens in schools, housing, healthcare system, sport development and so on.

@Mr. X state is not the same as leader, this isn't ancient despothy. He wasn't all-power tsar which could do whatever he wanted, he received authority from Revolution and was function providing its interests and realize interest of working people.
