@Musketar (Alex)
@Mr. X Hey can you tell me what kind of languages do you learn in Ireland. I imagine English is the national language for most of you, so Irish is (ironically) first foreign language to most of your population?
Your situation seems to mimic that of Belarus.
@Mr.
@National Trotskyist ,
?
@National Trotskyist How so? English is our first and Irish is our second. A lot of us learn French aswell in high school.
Also I didnt learn irish since I have trouble hearing
I might learn it but first Im learning latin and german
maybe greek
then maybe Irish
Latin and german for sure
ye learn german
Of course I will
to read nietzsche better
@Mr.
NO
He's just like every single russian you meet online
Im very frustrated on what's happening in Ireland politically and militarily
so much so that it, my people and nietzsche turned me from quitting nationalism
cultural nationalism even
@Mr.
AH
@Musketar (Alex)

@Mr. X In Belarus, for most of the population (at least of the cities), Russian is the first language, they learn Belarusian as the second (first foreign) language.
They can fully understand and converse in it, but they don't use it. It's seen as a village thing to speak in Belarusian.
I don't know what's their second foreign.
In Poland, we learn Polish as our national language, English as first foreign language (used to be Russian) and German/French/Russian as second foreign language. I was lucky enough to have Russian in high school, albeit briefly.
In Ireland we learn very basic Irish atleast
I did atleast
like some basics like thank you and stuff
but everyone just learned irish normally
they dont like it because of how hard Irish is though
Yeah it's pretty alien to the rest of European languages, but not as much as Briton Celtic languages (look at Welsh).
Yeah its hard
but we have irish words for people in politics
So like taosach
and the police force meaning guardians of peace in Irish
