keep the rep range in 8-12 for biceps
and 15-20 for triceps
So wide and slow basically right?
so yeah kinda
the first 6 reps, controlled and normal speed
once you start to fatigue on the last few reps
slow down the negative range
lower the bar slooooow
and then explode in the positive
theres a like a billion ways to blast your arms
i like to do bb curls for mass
and bb skull crushers for tricep mass
then i like to superset
so you would blast out 10 reps with ez bar curls
Ok cool!
then 10 tricep pressdowns
repeat 3x
and so on
