@QuackDoktor thats so funny I opened up discord to you talking about bulletproof coffee, while drinking my bulletproof coffee, except I don't put honey in mine. Doesn't the sugar interfere with keto?
Finally back at school
I guess it's good to drink even if you aren't going for ketosis
Anxiety is killing me but I’m here at least
You on keto diet, @patron Saint of EATIN ?
I don't drink it necessarily for keto. More for not wanting to eat lunch.
No, I'm not doing keto, I just assumed that's what he was referring to cos I just woke up and I'm retarded. I am in no way ready to tackle sobriety and keto instantaneously
I feel that
One step at a time
I used to do keto like two years ago
One day at a time
Focus on sobriety first for sure
You got this
😃
Oh I'm working. AND EATIN'!
I brought melatonin with me but I’m anxious to take it... idk if it’s a good idea or bad idea to calm my anxiety
I take that during the day at times
Doesn’t make you loopy or dizzy?
Idk if it's good or not. But it seems to offer some calming effect.
No way
It's not gonna drug you out
I’ll take it then
I’m super anxious on campus
First time being back since sober
I take like a 3 MG melatonin if I'm real anxious
Mine are tens
Yeah college campuses are gay. I just finished in December 2016.
But I’m also 260lbs.
Yeah you should definitely be fine
This is my last sem
Trying to make it through and get my degree
I mean I'm not a doctor but I have lots of experience with anxiety copes
Melatonin is extremely mild
I've used melatonin, cbd oil, benadryl
For public coping
I also used to wear a medical alert bracelet that said panic disorder so people wouldn't call a fucking ambulance if I just so happened to have a full blown panic attack in public. Thank God I haven't yet. Only one at the wheel and one at my old job. Since then only at home.
Cos I get the hyperventilating, whole body trembling, can't talk or move, etc.
I trust your experience
I've been reading more lately (the past few years) about how it's a response that ties into our limbic system (lizard brain). Very interesting.
I get that too
