My knees make crack sound when I squat

They might be fucked idk

My knees did the same

Now they just hurt

And only crack when I wanna make them idk

maybe it's growth pain

mine used to hurt alot when climbing stairs

I got a table whomst you stand at and after a while the pain became less

its called runners knee I think but msot peopel these days affected by it are workign in offics

Office people are just weak, runners knees is something u can't fix

Well, there is surgery I guess

You can get the same problem but in ur arms if you lift heavy for 10-20 years

I hope it's not growth pain
