Hardly a social service
But traditionally the state must own a good amount form bussines it started or are of national interest
And they own the power grid and all natural resources

@rogalik look at norway, monopoly on alcohol, why? To control the alcoholism
Tru
It can liberalize the distribution
@ÜltraÜberGöttKönig where does that say socdem economics are explicitly considered "right-wing"?
State has a monopoly on water and electricity delivery in most countries as well, it doesn't make them socialists
@Cielodiluna di Bisanzio the reason they do that is out of socialist motives
Is it a left-leaning policy? Yes. Does that mean the country is socialist? No
any proper source you'll look into will classify socdem economics as either centre(Blairite Third Way) or centre-left(classical socdem, Nordic model)
Because if they liberalize there is a chance that a toxic monopoly can take place and some people won't have access
A country doesn't have to be full-on socialist to be considered left-leaning
you just don't understand how these classifications are made
socdem as a whole is center that is correct but the free trade aspect is right wing
as I confirmed with the soruce
YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND!!! T. COMMIE
free trade = right
socdem uses free trade
monarchy = right
republic = left
ez
And 0% tax on electric cars
Based
i really hate the right left spectrum
in current year
Yeah
Socdem does not use completely free trade, it enforces a lot of regulations and taxes on businesses
Tesla is considered a cheap car here
Because of the taxation
Not everything is black and white guys
its classified based on the degree of economic liberalisation and what socdem does there is broadly considered centre-left
that socdem works with a free market is just an aspect of the story you need to weigh in all the things, there are high taxes, welfare, regulations, public ownership and a lots of other things
we have been saying that for half an hour now
or Australia or even the UK for that matter
>that socdem works with a free market is just an aspect of the story you need to weigh in all the things, there are high taxes, welfare, regulations, public ownership and a lots of other things
thats exaclty what I said several times
