The military are not agencies...soldiers or warriors are not corrupt agents.

They are the best the people have to offer.

If you want the strategy required to do this, it's very simple.
Keep it national.
Have all personnel loyal to Putin in the United States either stand-down or go home.
Have commanders and commandos in both public affairs and special operations gut the federal government and their officials by going after the FBI.
The cowardice and corruption of the FBI will lead to them surrendering all intelligence to you...it's not like you don't know everything already.
That should take less than 6 hours...then you go after every single politician under NDAA.
Remove every single official who's evidently corrupt via actionable intelligence.
Replace them with trusted, law abiding members that the people already support.
Then, we look Russia dead in the eye while they make their next move.
That is how we check-mate corruption.
We force them to change, or make them look like shit in front of everyone.
This process will give us even more international support while we put Russia, the capital of corruption, in a very dark and deserted corner.
The Kremlin, who's watching, will have no choice but to go with our program if they want to survive future geopolitics.
We the people will then lead the way.
As God intended.
This strategy can only have two outcomes...both of which are peaceful.
Either corruption will sit there, in front of the international community, and look like shit while having no influence...or all corruption will be ousted in order for everyone to save themselves.
Either way, we win.
We will become what we were always meant to be.
The nation that sets the example for all others to follow.
