And show these pussies how to stack bodies
read the first comment. Kinda what we all thought! https://www.reddit.com/r/news/comments/ekt19e/huge_crowds_in_iran_for_commanders_funeral/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share
Funny thing I was reading
So the strike against Soleimani was essentially a throw away COA that staffers briefed to Trump
They briefed several different COAs as a response to the embassy being targetted
Like striking militia groups, striking arms factories in Iran, etc.
They decided fuck it and went with that
They included striking Soleimani as a worst case to make the other options seem less extreme
And trump was like "that one"
Lol
Yeah let’s just strike their arms factories
Staffers were like "uuuuh you weren't supposed to pick that one"
Haha
That was funny
Anyway, here we are
Lesson learned for staffers, don't play politics with military strategy
Exactly. “This one, this worse one, and this one that makes sense and would send a powerful message”
Holy shit am I conflicted about this... On the one hand I am very pro2a and constitutional rights, but on the other hand I do have a problem with and think people like this individual who should not be allowed to have firearms. There certainly is no easy one-step solution to this... this shit causes me internal conflict! https://www.reddit.com/r/news/comments/ekp8f0/colorados_redflag_law_invoked_likely_for_the/?utm_medium=android_app&utm_source=share
I don't see it as a 2A issue
It's a due process issue as well as a accountability one
I don't disagree on that front either. I am most certainly not a fan of a police officer or Police department arbitrarily deciding that someone is a danger to themselves or someone else... and without an actual third-party type due process option in place it still leaves me torn. We have countless dead women and children from abusive ass wipes like this who shouldn't have been able to have a gun, but I also don't think someone should be able to claimed that someone else has a threat and that's all that's needed for someone to come in and take guns. I honestly don't know what the right answer is....
I mean what's to stop your far left leaning nut job neighbor from seeing you unload your rig after a long day at the range and claim they fear for their lives...?
That’s why I live in the middle of no where lol
It does have its advantages doesn't it!
Yes it does
It is owed to whoever is redflagged to have as expeditious evaluation as possible, and not from some anti-gun quack
Like within the week, there needs to be three concuring diagnoses. If it doesn't happen within a week, guns are given back
also it can only be for suspected mental disorders, not for "feeling threatened".
If someone is threatening someone, that is a criminal case.
If you file charges against someone for threatening you, and it turns out all they were doing was unloading some guns from their car after a range day, then that person needs to go down.
^^^👆🏻👍🏻
That's a pointy up finger, not a middle finger btw.
So in VA I've heard they want to crack down on indoor shooting ranges too
They want to pass a law where the shooting range has to be federally owned by the government, has to have mostly cops who use it, have to specifically put your address and phone number just to enter, etc
Guns and gadgets mentions it here
The government of the state of Va can eat my entire ass
If all of these laws were to pass VA would be worse than california and new york
I’ll give y’all reports from the front
Man, we need a new country
Careful what you wish for
haha
