They spend hours upon hours coming up with lessons that not only keep students interested, but also follow the curriculum.

They spend hours trying to grade half-assed papers and assignments written in what seems like gibberish.

Teachers have the responsibility of teacher students what their parents cannot. They build the minds for the future of the world.

This is a lot of responsibility for one person to handle, and yet we pay them next to nothing.
