Psychopaths are born in a way where they dont have empathy and only care about themselves.
Usually
they dont suffer, infact they make other people suffer.
Most mental disorders cause the person to suffer sure but not all.
The reason pedophilia is a disorder is because it makes people have an urge to make others suffer while they also can suffer because of it.
And because it's unnatural. It's simply not human nature to have sex with children.
Why else would you think it would be viewed as immoral?
