This should be common sense
well it is but not for you
so basically what you're saying is that there's a possibility that it could be something else, but you don't know what else it could be
Correct, nor do you.
well there are plenty of cardboard signs out there
corrugated board generally uses printing processes that need large graphics so they don't smear
and what do we see on the sign?
large block letters and symbols
Have you ever ripped corrugated material btw?
yes
I've ripped boxes
Really?
the industry difference between corrugated board and cardboard is the thickness of the material
so if you can rip a cardboard box, then you can rip that sign
and I've ripped boxes
Plenty of things have large block letters on symbols and arent made of said material.
Unless the sign isnt made of cardboard
well it gives us pretty good odds that the sign is made of cardboard
Because there's letters and symbols on it? No it doesn't.
because of how the material behaves, how it's structured, and how the graphics are printed
I can if your idea is that dumb.
Many materials are structured and behaves like that
how is my idea that the sign is made of a common material dumb?
and many graphics can be printed like that on such materials.
look if you can't disprove my idea then it isn't disproved
and you don't disprove ideas by giving alternatives
show me something that expressly proves that it could not possibly be cardboard
I did some poking around and there's a thing called corrugated plastic
but it's way too thin for the material in the video
The only way to disprove your idea is to actually get the sign. I never said Im disproving you idea.
And no, look it up yourself, Im not your carer.
Keep looking
and then there's corrugated fiberboard, which is made of wood and isn't used for signs
wait no fiberboard isn't corrugated
my bad
too thin you say?
corrugated metal would be overkill for the sign
it has the wrong pattern too
and it rips easily with any sharp object
the guy could tear it in half with his fingernail
there is no pattern.
