It is not a bureaucracy because people are directly elected and are recallable after the issue is done

computers cannot answer human questions and issues

Meaning they do not hold a permanent title

those people won't be able to do all the work

Then they can open up volunteer positions for working committees

they need expert advisers, bureaucrats to delegate work and research and to draft proposals

and oversee implementation

That can all be done by a working comittee working on one issue that dissolves after the issue

but that is extremely inefficient and disorganized

and you can't deal with urgent issues requiring immediate action well

you can't invent new processes and find and vet the right people at any given time easily

you need an institution of some sort i think

it should be controlled by the people of course

everything else is an abstraction in the front of that

so everyone on earth just gets an email asking if they wanna come to this council to deal with a critical issue?

how do you decide who you need and who should stay home?

how do you know which people will be effective?

The message disseminates down to the local groups to see if anyone wants to volunteer

The state apparatus will end up killing more people than ever before if we let it continue

I really just don't see how that can work as an effective and efficient problem solving mechanism on a global scale

First we need to ask what global problems are there really?

Global warming is the big one obviously
