As for the women dont change anything except them being allowed to join the military and having abortions. Women should only join the army in very desperate times

Children should be properly disciplined, spankings are fine just not beatings. And spoiling them shouldnt be done either. Instead of sheltering them they should be able to expand their limits without damaging themselves too much.

The state should be led by a constitution above a democracy and only properly educated people should be able to vote
