2019-09-12 07:39:38 UTC

But i support the constitution not bullshit laws

2019-09-12 07:40:01 UTC

I've gotten snubbed too many times on the physical. I've been boolin since febuary to pass the cooper standards

2019-09-12 17:08:55 UTC

Your ruck goal should be 12 miles in 3 hours, you should be trying to complete 1 mile in under 14min

2019-09-12 17:09:26 UTC

With what, like 35lbs or so?

2019-09-12 17:30:01 UTC

Gradually add to it but yes

2019-09-12 17:30:20 UTC

45 to 50lbs ain't bad

2019-09-12 17:32:08 UTC

I only ask because a lot of those GoRuck events require 35lbs of weight minimum. Normally I take my whole Backpacking kit everytime I hike around my area

2019-09-12 17:40:11 UTC

Should try for 45

2019-09-12 17:40:17 UTC

We here to help

2019-09-12 17:40:37 UTC

I usually throw my armor in my ruck for the weight. Water ads weight as well

2019-09-12 17:41:06 UTC

I throw my whole weight vest in. Usually comes to 70-80lbs all said and done

2019-09-12 17:41:32 UTC

Thats too much you could injure yourself, especially if your tryna move at a good pace

2019-09-12 17:42:45 UTC

Haven't so far, and I've been doing it for years. Russians have a very broad back, or so the saying goes

2019-09-12 18:44:49 UTC

the only really heavy thing I have here besides a couch is this metal coffee table and I think I'm gonna curl it,and overhead press it

2019-09-12 18:45:37 UTC

push ups are getting a lot easier. I can about 15-20 on the ground, without doing the fatty cheat thing by using my knees like I used to. which makes me feels really good because I'm about 350
