It kills me knowing how big I got before I realized I needed to get my shit together ya know?

2020-01-16 07:54:30 UTC

I feel that

2020-01-16 07:54:47 UTC

Biggest I ever was was somewhere like 280-290

2020-01-16 07:55:27 UTC

Now I'm sittin at 250-260

2020-01-16 07:56:14 UTC

Ooof man. I tell you it’s bad. I high key feel ashamed for how bad I let it get. My goal for losing the first 30 pounds was I didn’t want to be a fat fuck in plates and get clapped

2020-01-16 07:56:48 UTC

I want to eventually get down to 220 by the end of the year which is losing 50+ pounds

2020-01-16 07:58:08 UTC

Bro do it

2020-01-16 07:58:23 UTC

You'll feel even better when you do

2020-01-16 08:01:35 UTC

I feel you man. I wanna get to that point too

2020-01-16 08:01:44 UTC

210-220 is ideal for me

2020-01-16 08:06:50 UTC

Fuck yeah I feel even better the -30 I’m already down. I plan on just getting fucking built this year

2020-01-16 08:07:33 UTC

I've been on it simce last feburary. My weight hasnt gone down, but boy have I slimmed down

2020-01-16 08:08:22 UTC

I feel so much better as is

2020-01-16 08:22:20 UTC

My goal is to drop to 210 lbs

2020-01-16 08:22:31 UTC

So 10lbs

2020-01-16 14:13:30 UTC

Hell yeah King

2020-01-16 20:32:52 UTC

im 223 atm gonna drop fat an gain muscle try and lean down like that slowley to 200ish

2020-01-16 20:33:29 UTC

Well we pick up the challenge monday the 27th

2020-01-16 21:08:12 UTC

I think 210lbs its the optimal weight for me, not to skinny to be a pushover, not to heavy to loose mobility

2020-01-16 21:08:33 UTC

@thedarkness05 were where the rules?

2020-01-16 21:09:19 UTC

I’m trying to go from 170 To a fit 170 with more muscle mass

2020-01-16 21:15:25 UTC

So you gonna bulge and then define? @FloridaManBoohajideen

2020-01-16 21:15:58 UTC

Possibly even take a cycle of *enhancers*

2020-01-16 21:16:48 UTC

Turns out they over exaggerate the side effects and Those only happen if you are a WWE wrestler or bodybuilder and take cycle after cycle instead of two cycles a year

2020-01-16 21:17:46 UTC

I dont like taking anything like that

2020-01-16 21:18:01 UTC

I just do it naturally

2020-01-16 21:18:14 UTC

I haven’t before but I’m going to do one just to convert the extra weight that I’ve put on in the past eight months real quick and then go natural after that

2020-01-16 21:18:25 UTC

No dude I will use science to be the best I can be

2020-01-16 21:19:41 UTC

@NovaSoldier they're pinned in <#660538431629164544>

2020-01-18 16:51:34 UTC

Just got the new weight bemch finally

2020-01-18 16:51:52 UTC

Not quite the one I wanted, but I saved a bit getting this one

2020-01-18 16:52:02 UTC

Now its just time to get some more weights for it

2020-01-21 15:36:21 UTC

Hey guys

2020-01-21 15:38:19 UTC

I made a bet with a few friends and in order to win I need to raise my maximum 1 repetition bench press to at least 90 kilograms (198 pounds) . My current best is 75 kilograms (165 pounds). Do you think this is possible with a month of rigorous training/proper nutrition and sleep, do you have any advice?

2020-01-21 20:24:28 UTC

Im sure ita possible, but dont know if its the best thing to do

2020-01-21 20:30:10 UTC

Like 15kg in a month sounds like a lot

2020-01-21 21:13:09 UTC

Anyone have any exercises that focus on back? I've been doing planks with my PC but that shit hurts

2020-01-21 21:49:01 UTC

If you want a full upper and lower workout I can make one real quick, just let me know what equipment you have to work with
