It's not that scary

(I've flown personal planes with my st. Grandpa)

But the whole stress of an airport and the lay over fucks with my anxeity

If you get nervous, ask em for a bottle of your preferred liquor, chances are they have it. Knock back one or two of those, and try to sleep on the plane

Do you use any coping mechanisms to calm panic attacks?

Yeah. I do the "ground myself"

And then the focus on breathing helps

But I'm just hella awkward

You're gonna do just fine, it's just the nerves

Once you're in the air, even if flying doesn't make you nervous, knock back a lil hooch, and you'll feel better
