be sure to add any fruit on the second fermentation cycle , be sure to clean the bottols carboy and work area properly and make sure to activate the yeast and wake it up properly before adding it and add it slowly by introducing a bit of the mix to it before throwing it in

I'm only making a gallon at a time, hoping to pick up a brewing kit off Amazon before too long
