Hmm. Totenkopf and Alexei would have a grudging respect for one another, as their ideals are largely different. Totenkopf and any who follow him would likely dress similarly to Hugo Boss' uniform. Black with small silver insignia. Keeping their faces obscured by masks of various designs.

Perhaps their alliance is one of mutual benefit where they fight side by side, but also hinder each other a bit in terms of goals

Like maybe both sides have certain goals they want to attain that they're holding off on for the purpose of maintaining the fragile alliance, because they know attempting to move forward with those goals would cause a bad split

Which would likely lead to a near decimation of both sides.

Perhaps they are part of a coalition lead by Squid in order to maintain peace between the dominant factions
