I used it for deer and elk hunting and would definitely apply it to people also

Howa is a good rifle. The model 1500 is still used by foreign forces for sniper rifles

I shoot what is ubiquitous 223/556, 308/762 9mm

Excluding 556 that's really only for ammo availability and accoutrements

I got a 545 ak and a shit tonne of ammo just because of ballistics

But it's mostly just going to be a DA rifle

300 blk is getting popular enough that i also have an upper for my ar to swap between 223 and 300 blk

I thought about getting a 300 blk

I've got 3 uppers for me and hubbies ARs

But honestly getting sites, peqs, mags, ammo, etc

Unless you have a suppressor theres better calibers out there with better ballistics.
