I'm a poorfag lol. I barely get 600 a month and I gotta pay 562 for "rent" and utilities. the rest goes to groceries and gas for my truck and they're expensive
Just stop being poor
Duh
@jaguarknightif it were that simple.
Lol I used to be deadass broke
Eventually I had to stop being a poor
I wanted to get married
So I took a job at an auto shop
How uhh.... how does one stop being poor? legit question
It's all a mindset thing tbh
If you think like you're poor you stay poor. If you hang out with poor people you stay poor. If you work like you're poor you'll stay poor.
There's hardly any jobs here, I work as much as I can as a handyman at the neighbors ranch, predator hunter (coyotes, wolves, etc.) and also occasionally, I clean up people's land/property for whatever they pay me
"hang out with poor people" Lol I got no friends 🤣
Fucking cut everyone out that keeps you there and go find an auto shop to work in like 50 hours a week. You'll learn skills. Or find an electrician that needs an apprentice.
Reorganize how you spend your time. Focus on learning skills that are specialized.
Once you have those skills in 2-3 years you can basically write your own ticket
@Bodark Actual
That's some solid advice
I actually like the autoshop thing, I'll ask around if any are hiring
They all are looking for lube techs and gofers
@насильственное убийство hey you have to kill 50% of the population to get rid of the 1% that's rich to not be poor
I'm in trade school full time for automotive tech
Going for those sweet sweet ASEs and full time at a shop
tough. Yes
Doable definitely
I used to do like $18hr in an auto shop before I quit to run my music business
You don't even need trade school it's just a plus at this point
Personally though. Like they said, find a decent trade and you're set
I started at 10 and want to be at 20 by next year
I make $100/hr doing music now lol
But the work isn't as consistent
So some weeks I don't make anything, other weeks I make a couple grand
Buddyyyyyyyy
Lol no
Nah man I genuinely believe I've found my calling here working on cars
I like consistent schedules and pay
I don't mind the inconsistency
I know how to get work so
It's not an issue as long as you plan for it
Good stuff
But yes the consistency of being on a shop was great
I just got tired of cars hahaha
It’s college gameday by God
You can only do so many 3.8 Chevy intake mani gaskets before you become tired of the whole thing hahahaha
Who’s ready
not mee I'm gonna play star wars battlefront
