First off, gender dysphoria is more commonly associated with individuals who feel that they were born in the wrong physical body, where as traps are generally just men that enjoy crossdressing. They are not delusional and are well aware of their biological sex. Secondly, to call them sex fiends implies that the entire concept of being a trap revolves around sex, and it has been proven even in the literary realm where the word originated that such an idea isn't true. While it is true that many traps are highly sexual, it is not inherent.
