oh, I'm thinking of just running 30 minutes a day and seeing how much distance I can improve that over time, about lifting, I'm still not at thag point yet, as for reps, I can actually do pretty good since I can finish a deck of cards without much sweat.

Bruh I feel that. I spent weeks doing cardio and minimal bodyweight strength exercises. Within two weeks of lifting heavy I gained like 10lbs
