2016 $1,096,659

2019-12-19 07:54:47 UTC

1.1 million to the republicans is a big sum my dude. i mean yea they arent the hugest element but they contribute quite a bit

2019-12-19 07:54:59 UTC

and thats besides the point really

2019-12-19 07:55:02 UTC

Is a farmer who can survive by himself in the woods lower educated than a professor who requires a GPS to find his way through a city? <:Doubt:588038713938804760>

2019-12-19 07:55:38 UTC

They give the money to Republicans because Republicans support 2A

2019-12-19 07:55:45 UTC

The NRA isn't buying Republicans.

2019-12-19 07:55:46 UTC

In our society, yes

2019-12-19 07:56:00 UTC

Btw I'm the GPS guy in that equation, no bias on my part <:pepelaugh:544857300179877898>

2019-12-19 07:56:04 UTC

In terms of life, depends on the person

2019-12-19 07:56:06 UTC

ugh im not saying they are "buying" politicians so to speak.

2019-12-19 07:56:16 UTC

but they are a very influential force in fighting gun control

2019-12-19 07:56:41 UTC

from 2006 to 2016 they gave over 10 million dollars to politicians that support gun rights

2019-12-19 07:57:40 UTC

this pays for their campaigns, their ads. and so on. and they do lots of advocacy for the 2a as well. but again this isnt really the point to that article

2019-12-19 07:58:04 UTC

the point is that due to demographic change and cultural change its very easy to project the decline of these cultural values

2019-12-19 07:58:30 UTC

especially as mass immigration continues, unabetted

2019-12-19 07:58:31 UTC

People who are pro gun just need some extra soy in their milk smh

2019-12-19 07:59:28 UTC

Even Bernie?

2019-12-19 07:59:29 UTC
2019-12-19 07:59:41 UTC

this is a very well documented and very well known issue

2019-12-19 08:00:09 UTC

title of that article is "Mass immigration turned viriginia blue, says banner hung over highway"

2019-12-19 08:00:13 UTC

The two biggest problems in our country right now are the government establishment on the left and right and the media pushing the multi cultural sectionality and racial/minorities agendas. Its a distraction meant to divide the country so the people in power can continue to operate behind the scenes without anyone knowing

2019-12-19 08:00:24 UTC

Um, Virginia GOP didn't even run a candidate against a guy that was jailed for having sex with a teenager.

2019-12-19 08:01:19 UTC

they most likely knew they wouldnt win anyways

2019-12-19 08:01:27 UTC

That's a horrible defeatist attitude

2019-12-19 08:01:38 UTC

Who would they have been able to run? If there's not a candidate available they can't really do anything

2019-12-19 08:01:41 UTC

virginia has had 600,000+ new voters due to legal immigration in just ONE year lido

2019-12-19 08:01:56 UTC

I don't know, a stick that says "i didn't have sex with a teenager."

2019-12-19 08:02:46 UTC

Definitely could have worked with proper advertisement

2019-12-19 08:03:12 UTC

"Unlike three decades ago, the residents are often from other places, like India and Korea. And when they vote, it is often for Democrats."

2019-12-19 08:03:17 UTC

Just run plank from ed, edd, & eddy

2019-12-19 08:03:30 UTC

Why can't the GOP gain these voters?

2019-12-19 08:03:48 UTC

They may be resisting assimilation

2019-12-19 08:03:52 UTC

i mean its plain as day, staring us right in the face. and they cant because the media says they are the party of racists... and they also dont give out welfare to minorities

2019-12-19 08:04:20 UTC

There needs to be more focus on appealing to people in a bipartisan way while still holding strong and good values. Its not easy to do, but its one of the few solutions

2019-12-19 08:04:37 UTC

now when you take into account the fact that 90% of trumps voter base was white. well its pretty easy for minorities to think well yea i guess they are racist.

2019-12-19 08:04:39 UTC

Is demographics destiny to you? Is the choice either stem the flow of minorities, however they come about, or political death?

2019-12-19 08:04:44 UTC

even though its really just defending american values

2019-12-19 08:05:07 UTC

Do you see no hope in outreach?

2019-12-19 08:05:17 UTC

of course i see hope in outreach

2019-12-19 08:05:29 UTC

but... this will be undone if we keep letting 2 million+ come in every year
