The people to watch aren't the Scots, they're allowed to be nationalistic and express it, but because they're allowed to do so, I think that deep down they know they don't need to leave to be Scottish. They have incredible autonomy already. The people to watch are the English. Because we're not allowed to be nationalistic. You got the surge in BNP a few years ago and the EDL. You want to be careful of repressing patriotism as a negative for only one group, because eventually the resentment will boil over out of the control of the people who have tried to keep a hold on it. Hopix, I think you need to stop thinking that they really buy any of their own economic arguments. Theres really only two reasons I see that are legit. Fear of the unknown and ideological possession. They're invested into the idea of an EU state
