The point is rather that if you still only pick the cream of the crop from 3rd world nations you basically drastically reduce the local 'cream of the crop' abilities in getting those STEM jobs.

No, fuck other countries, will take your doctor and scientist, but they integrate. I mean that is my point we tighten the noose so tight, you dont get to reapply for 5 years.
