Depends on what you define as America, if America is merely a placeholder for ideas than definitely TPUSA is America first. But if America is a people, descendants of the settlers who colonized and conquered this land then they’re definitely not.

They think all individuals and groups are the same. They think there is no loyalty to a nation state. They believe people are rational units who decide on the best political, social and economic policies and behaviors. With no moral faults, they have a materialistic world view which is comparable to John Locke, Adam Smith and Issac Newton.
