I can understand saying it has bad writing if you can back that up (which he doesn't) and sure the newer films are for kids, but to say that Star Wars was always for children is ridiculous

Once the prequels started it was for children

Stuff like the Clone Wars isn't just a kids thing

Revenge of the Sith had a lot of dark stuff in it tho

Original trilogy was a space action adventure film for the family

They get quite... unchildlike in stages
