River Kingdoms is just another region, like Cheliax or Andoran

It’s just the Rover Kingdoms “gimmick” is city states

Cheliax meets his standard for Italy thing

Cheliax is like devil-kingdom HRE/France

Big strong central authority

But anyways i like mediecal city states and republics duking it out over the land with armies of mercenaries opening the area to intrepid adventurers seaking gold and glory, its a great story setting that can offer all things ranging from interedting character focused adventurers to deep lore world building and even in-world Politics@Jack of Trades
