will let you know when i get my parts printed and start doing code; thanks
Bring it on
Rhetorical question to the chat: what is politics?
I know I have a need for something that follows films in detail what i am doing. Plus, i want to see if i can get a new video format to work. Gyroscope + Position + Clk
3 cams, one in the VR googles tracking head movements and each cam trianglating the position of where each other is and what i am looking at with opencv
Well, no one has been able to escape the drone perspective, sadly it is wasted
ikr
Did destiny really a cuck, theres very little stuff about it on youtube and it has like 1k views
But i guess the alternative is that no one is surprised
I like the idea of more 3rd person perspective films
ahhh yassssss
yeah, me too. i like the idea of using the a clk signal between cams mounted to a servo gimbal that tracks head movement
let me see..
that way, one cam can examine detail, the other can look at wide angle and the last one FPV all without doing nothing more that puttin on the googles
technical marvel
we can go deeper
It was fun
similar concept
yup
especially as there is all kinds of new stuff for both FPV and some cool hardware
currently, 360 video is just too damn massive
Jesus 360
talk about compression \issues
but you can compress natively if you can find a way to sync the gyroscope data with the framerate
Thing is about creativity, you can absolutely overwhelm the audience yes?
this should be a primary factor
definately. but for things like instruction and documentation, you can't beat it
no of course not
especially things like assembly of components and pCB work
documentation is beautiful, no style standards, no restrictions, just express the shit and we try to line it up later
yup
and with opencv, theoretically you can embed the keypoints in each frame as you encode the data
well, how the expression is made is less important
as long as it is made
yeah, there are alot of uses for telepresence
i think that is gonna be the thing that FINALLY gets VR into everyone's hands
