@Kealor Establishment talking heads have us talking about "bridging racial divides" when in reality we should be talking about how we bridge class divides. And how we make the entrepeneur care for his employees and see it as his personal virtue to better their lives along with his own.

@Kealor Yeah but the free market usually maintain better health when the entrepeneurs are competing against eachother rather than trying to sic the working class to compete against eachother.
They want market shares. But the people in the working class aren't a threat to their position (barring the socialist firebrands) they don't have the vision or ideas of becoming entrepeneurs themselves. That's why they choose to work for others. So when the entrepeneurs are fucking their workers over for the sake of saving a buck, all it does is create more socialist firebrands and the class divides spiral out of control.
