No, I think my bosses are unskilled and uncaring half wits.

They said they don't have the time to do the interviews and I have done plenty in the past at other jobs, and told them I could screen people for them, so they only have to look at the people that are worth a damn.

One of my bosses told me that they couldn't prove that the people I screened where any good,

so I gave him the phone number for a now gm that I hired myself and gave the chance to back when I worked for sonic.

He didn't even bother to call the dude.

The ironic parts is I was referred to the job otherwise I wouldn't be here, but everyone they have hired other then me up to this point going on 5 months 12 people have been shit
