Dude I was raised a catholic but I stopped believing after 14 because man can not live in a whale <:PepeLaugh:565528391336329216>
To hold man's sin as fact not open to his choice is a mockery of morality.
To hold man’s nature as his sin is a mockery of nature.
To punish him for a crime he committed before he was born is a mockery of justice.
To hold him guilty in a matter where no innocence exists is a mockery of reason.
To destroy morality, nature, justice and reason by means of a single concept is a feat of evil hardly to be matched.
Yet that is the root of the Christian's code.
Man’s fall, according to your teachers, was that he gained the virtues required to live. These virtues, by their standard, are his Sin.
His evil, they charge, is that he’s man. His guilt, they charge, is that he lives.
And Christians call it a morality of mercy.

My religion doesn't believe in Original Sin, or rather we believe that because Christ atoned for it that it no longer matters. Every man is accountable for his own actions and his own sin, not the sin of his Progenitor.
Idk why anti west types are so eager to burn down their own house with the rest of us in it just for the hope the “different” thing to fill that gap is just innately better lol
Storin That IQ data is questionable as it includes muslim countries and Africa. I mean most blacks in Africa are highly religious and given that black people have on average the lowest IQ. That will likely depress any data set.... Look in short what I'm saying is that it's easy to make those data set's support what you want them to show.
I think atheists unmooring Christianity in the west is a big reason for our lack of selves today
In terms of self pride
If it’s a mockery of morality then explain how so? How do you measure morality objectively? @Mersenne
When you get told all the answers you're more likely to be happy
In fact we believe that Adam's Fall and his entrance into mortality is the reason we are on the Earth at all.
Isn’t it all subjective from your point of view?
There is peace in ignorance
how have we all forgotten how the evangelicals were the face of christianity from the 80s until obama's 2nd term
@snake - Morality requires the possibility of choice. A sin without volition is a slap at morality and an insolent contradiction in terms: that which is outside the possibility of choice is outside the province of morality.
and suddenly christians dindu nuffin
Evangelicals are weird.
you fucking dare then try and moralfag about muh christian values
its moral to use shock therapy on those fucking homos
Dude the best religion I have come across is a fairly new one making a resurgence in the UK- celtic christianity, varies from group to group but ours believes in the mother, father, son, but none are better than the other, essentially 3 gods 🤔 no ghosts or space magic either <:PepeLaugh:565528391336329216>
Has a lot of overlap with wiccans and true celtism though
Morality is the judgement of one's actions. You may measure that by any means of your moral code.
morality is subjective
Thus, condemning an individual before they've made a choice is an immoral practice.
muslim morality is completly different to western
And the bible does not exist as a document to look at
the bible was written in the 400's
half of it is horse shit that had nothing to do with jesus
Sounds similar to my own except we believe in Miracles and The Holy Ghost. @Storin I don't get how people can believe in a Heavenly Father but no Heavenly Mother.

@Telly_G 『⚡130』PC | ya and look how they were treated in turn. You not only delegitimize it you literally routed it in meaning at every facet lol. Yet your telling me that didn’t cause any ripple effect?
Exactly the problem our lot had sham
There has to be a heavenly mother to cover the female aspect 🤔
Mersenne. Ok For a start, not all Christian believe in original sin, and those that do don't do so theologically form the belief that the baby are guilty of having sinned. But rather that humans have become unmoored spiritually from God and thus prone to sin, and >choose< to sin. But I am arguing out side my wheal house here I'm Protestant.
And hell those that did participate are gleefully prideful it got kicked to the curb
