As far as I know there is no "in between" of heaven and lake of fire once the end times are complete
You're either in heaven, or in the lake of fire
Generally based on NDE's it seems we go to heaven, god doesnt seem to be wrathful at all
There *could* be a "limbo" temporarily until final judgment day, but at the end you're either burning or not
Basically this
because the Last Judgement is the last judgement
As far as I know, there’s 3 to 5 states you can be in. And I see no reason for that to change after the general judgement
Wdym 3 to 5 stages what
There are only 2
You're either in heaven
Or in the lake of fire
Heaven, purgatory, hell, and then maybe 1 or 2 limbos. I personally believe in 1 limbo
Is there any biblical text expressly mentioning Limbo
Well, all those in Purgatory at the end of time are purified and let out anyhow
The Limbo of the Fathers anyhow, yeah
But they are released
Well, I don’t know if that will be immediate
I'm talking once final judgment is done
If you were a non believer, no matter how good
You're in the lake of fire
That doesn’t seem like something a loving God would do. Also they aren’t made up, they’re just in the parts of the Bible y’all took out
God hates the wicked
@Phil With Frankincense God is just
And justice must be done
These people once dead are rejects
It is nice to think that God will just grant everyone passage to heaven as a final act of mercy, but literally all his teachings say otherwise
Yeah, God already calls everybody to Him day in and day out
Like it's constant
Every day
Limbo and purgatory are constructs of the Catholic church and do not align with scripture. You either go to heaven or sheol (hell) until the day of final judgement where you are then either cast into the lake of fire or will inhabit the newly made earth.
If it was true that he gave everyone passage, what's the point in living, or acting morally
He doesn’t give everyone passage
He dosent give passage to non believers
I don’t know who you are to say what God doesn’t do
It's literally in the Bible
The Bible is God's word
And who are you to say what he *does* do?
I said He May
All scripture says otherwise
