Educating everyone isn't impossible. Cheaper/free education could assist in such.

Its got deep flaws however it depends on the incarnation, the issue of modern democracy is that it is based one equity, and the vote itself is devalued beyond comprehension to the point of being meaningless. If the vote is restricted, and some representation is enacted, and is regionalized a little, then democracy actually begins to shine however for democracy to work it must be fundumentally based on hirarchy and inequality. THe power to influence society, politics, is a right earned, as thus this means that fundumentally there is hirarchy and inequality
