We should change the way the system works first before we worry about the tax rate. Unify the industries into guilds, nationalize them to better manage profit allocation, worker pay, efficiency, and resource allocation, have a capped income range, anything above the cap gets sent to the Gov't to run what it needs ran, and then establish a tax on the wealthy to keep from going into debt or deficit. If the wealthy try and flee the country or hide their assets seize them and have them executed for it
