Make a government option, but allow private healthcare as long as it meets the or exceeds the government's standard. This would force insurance providers to become more patient oriented to incentivize their clients continued use of the insurers program.

socialized healthcare ergo part of your taxes covers the healthcare system (so a "free" system), with increased gov spending and increasing foctors to 5% of the populatio rather than the retarded 2.5% while increasing doctors salaries and getting rid of insurance companies and a bunch of unnecessary beurocracy. (I shit you not insurance companies eat so much money and restrict the system so much that its absurd. There shouldnt be an insurance system, rather a simple you pay you have access system.)

Additionally you need to give doctors an incentive so lets say raise the paycheck by 10%, and the rest that they can make, say another 60%, is if they do as much testing as possible and necessary. (This was the golden age of medicine mind you, when doctors got paid for doing tests.)

Also decreasing paperwork to a god damn minimum, the maount of paper work behind the scenes is literally 90% of a doctors time, compared to the 10% he can spend with patients, if you have a lot of patients you literally have to do paperwork on the spot.

add some anti corruption laws where cooperation between pharma and medicine is prohibited and all drugs have to be independantly tested before going into use, with no interference from pharma (assuming that we are in a non corruptible system)
