literally what is going to happen is the human population will increase and increase, and then it will hit it's peak

the reason that the human population decline worldwide will occur is because simply there will be too many people, the issue is not the number of resources

Every single person in the world can fit in one city without overlap

Labor Unions used to be a vital and essential tool for the progression of worker's rights and good pay - unfourtnely Labor Unions are now as corrupt as the Corporations they were formed to oppose.

Unions are too easily infiltrated, ESOP are where its at for the employees and owners

state run labor union with a workers council that lets both proletarian and bourgeois reach agreements on conditions and pay and allows that workers only be fired for genuine reasons

Other Companies such as In-N-Out and Chick-fil-A are also great example of owners treating employees very *very* well

Ford Motor Company under the founder Henry Ford as well

Even Janitor's and Part-Time employees receive 401k plans, paid sick and vacation leave, dental and medical insurance
