Well, most of Europe doesn't have the skin of Nordics, but they all have pale skin, and the latter part of my statement excludes Asians for they have Mongoloid, not Caucasoid, bone structures.

Also Southern Europeans, Middle Easterners, and Nordics all have Caucasoid bone structures, which is why I prefaced it on pale skin too to differentiate.
