Assisted suicide should be available to all, in my opinion. I think that it should be last resort after therapy and possibly meds, especially for kids. I think there could be some cases where a teen could make that decision without their parent's consent, but generally the reasons for feeling that way should be laid out before a therapist at least before anything.

Your life is your choice. Make it a requirement to have a Psych sign off on you being sane of mind -like a will- and it's fine.

Euthanasia should not be legal unless the person is undergoing severe illnesses that cause him to suffer. Minors should be euthanized if the one above is true, and if both the minor and the parents agree to it.

adults who have been mentally evaluated and confirmed multiple times they want to end their life to multiple doctors, family members, and lawyers with no sign of hesitation should be allowed.
