Everyone who is open to hearing ideas and also capable of rational thought*
@Libertarian Mapper#1246 okay what are yo thoughts of ethnic identity
He left.
It’s fine, you filter out the plods.
He was 14, anyway.
He’ll get out of his ANCAP phase by 16.
Lmao
Basically if you were libertarian for the "like you do you man" and didn't actually care about sociality, or such, then you won't go 'alt right'
like, you do you man

*Is free speech an end in itself or merely a means to an end?*
@everyone
It's an end to sex
Means to an end
Means to an end
Free speech is only good in so far the people with it are good
It logically should be allowed by anyone who intends to actually be correct
Otherwise they're scared of criticism
But shouldn't be a goal itself
The "Market place of ideas" is a flawed theory, assuming all are on an equal playing field, but with proper filtration and influence, it can be a means to an end.
Many people aren't really answering the question
An end
😄 <:gun:605969568971620352>
Nobody will take anybody seriously with free speech
Free speech?
More like
Gay speech
Free Speech is a right. Rights are an end.
What makes rights an end
an sjw is someone who knows the rights of everyone and the responsibilities of no one
They've really ran out of sensible questions. Just make it question of the week, or month. You could also make it topical to get ideas, like this week ask a question about UK politics or the election more specifically.
Of course free speech isn't an end like wtf. A society in absolute hellish turmoil that has free speech isn't an end that anyone would want.
Is free speech really a right? How can we seperate "right" from what is virtuous? We ought to be able to choose to do what is right, but we should also burn books and kill pornographers, so like
At least that's an interesting question
kill pornographers?
Sex slaves
The answer is quite simple. Like a lot of things, it comes back to whether an Abrahamic God exists. I'm not well versed on the Bible or other such books - I've only read Genesis - but I've been told that porn is against Christianity. I've also heard people say that free speech in general isn't supported by Christianity and Islam. If I realised that an Abrahamic God exists, I would comb through the corresponding available texts and decipher what was and wasn't allowed. However, until then I shall continue to support free speech.
inb4 yes I know I need to read more of the Bible this has just reminded me, I will start again tonight.
