As for the pimp I think you're referring to part 5 where he fights his student in the street, and it wasn't a pimp it was a boxing promoter who corrupts the student to turn against Rocky, it's corny but yah know

And in part 6, an old Rocky comes out of retirement to fight the current champion in an exhibition. It actually brings some of the realism back from the first two oh and his wife is dead.
