In almost all cases today, the military and police go extremely lightly to reduce bad PR

In a case of civil war they would not hold back

Drones, missles, tanks, etc

Tanks are awful for this sort of war due to their awful fuel consumption and they're not going to bomb their own citizens, unless they want even more revolts

@Calzilla Not gonna happen. Military can bomb it's own citizens without any citizens knowing, literally hundreds of citizens go missing every year (mainly Chinese and Russian spies) and no one notices or cares
